Roux trained Executive Chef Arthur Potts Dawson, whose CV also includes such impressive credits as Fifteen, Kensington Place and the River Café, has devised a stunning offering that is adventurous, delicious and nutritious. Calling his unique style of cuisine Modern London, Arthur's menu will reflect the cultural melting pot that characterises the capital. The menu combines his knowledge of classic techniques with a strong emphasis on healthy eating and caring for the environment. In Arthur's own words, 'Seasonal, sustainable, simple'.

Our menu's deliver what you need to keep healthy, without having to sacrifice taste or enjoyment.

Breakfast 8.00am-11.00am

(All day sandwiches, paninni and coffees)

Breakfast includes a selection of coffee, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, power shakes and smoothies, fresh pastries, muffins and bagels; lunch will center around a varying visual feast of freshly baked bread, seasonal vegetables, fruits and salads, with meat, cured meats and fish from some of the best producers in the country put on display for all to see. The kitchen also offers a variety of hot dishes from a menu that will incorporate the seasonal variety of the fresh ingredients available.

Lunch 12.00pm-3.00pm

Lunch consists of a large display of plates and trays filled with delicious seasonal vegetables, meats and fish, cured meats, chilled salads, fresh fruits, fresh breads, and wonderful desserts. All laid out on a counter the food will be displayed on different levels on different plates with many colours, textures and smells. All available to the customers to order from their table.

A warm menu is also available cooked by the kitchen to order. The menu will reflect the seasonal changes that Britain experiences. The uncooked products are on display for all to see. Hot soups, take away sandwiches and salads. We are also to consider the possibility of a tea trolley for the building to service all floors at specific times, if the building likes the idea.

Lunch Menu

Dinner 6.00pm-10.30pm

In the evening Acorn House transforms from the hustle and bustle of a busy daytime venue to a mature dining experience. The evening menu is larger and more structured than the menu available during the day. It comprises four seasonal starters, three mid courses and four main dishes. For those with a sweet tooth the dessert menu will remain the same throughout the day and evening.

The dessert list will remain the same throughout the day, working on some classic pastry work. Chocolate tart, lemon cake, pannacotta, poached fruit with ice creams. The menu will change at every service.

The coffee section will all but close in the evening and be used for customers waiting for their table.
